Chick'n out FAQ
Got some questions? We got answers! Feel free to message us if there's anything you think we need to add.
-
When and How Can You Place an Order? You can place orders online for both pick-up and delivery. Schedule your order in advance for any day we’re open, and it’ll be ready when you arrive! Now that our new bar and dining room are open, you can also come in to place your order at the counter for dine-in or to-go. For dine-in, we’ll give you a number, find a seat, and we’ll bring your food to you. If you sit at the bar, enjoy a full dining experience with food and drinks!
-
Do You Offer Delivery?Yes, delivery is available directly through our website and delivered via DoorDash.
-
Are You Open for Lunch?Yes, we server lunch Mondays and Fridays! We open early for brunch on Sundays too!
-
Where Are You Located? We’re at 37 Charlotte St., right off East Ave. in downtown Rochester. The pick-up entrance is located on Mathew's Street. [Click here for directions!]
-
Best Way to Reheat Tenders?Preheat your oven to 350°F. Arrange tenders on a wire rack and let them sit while the oven heats. Bake for 20 minutes (reduce to 5-7 minutes if reheating shortly after pickup). Sting your chick’n after reheating for the best experience.
-
Allergy Information:We use dairy, egg, and spices containing cayenne pepper and paprika in our recipes. While we avoid nut oils, we can’t guarantee our food is free of these allergens. We fry in 100% vegetable shortening and are a nut-free kitchen.
