Tips and Tricks for Scoring Chick’n!

If you are planning to use a credit card that is saved to your computer, be sure to use the same browser that holds your “autofill” card information.
Set a reminder on your phone! Make sure you're ready by 12pm with knuckles cracked and phalanges properly stretched!
Shoot for less desired time slots, if you're flexible. Our most popular time slots are close to typical meal times, so if you don't mind grabbing dinner at 3pm and reheating later, then go for it!
Selecting multiple trays in a single order is fully supported but may hinder your checkout process.
Play nice and please understand we are putting out thousands of pieces of hand breaded Chick’n with homemade everything and we are doing our best to make sure everyone gets a fair chance!
When and how can you place an order?
We are currently functioning with the pop-up method. All of our pop-ups this month are online pre-sales for pick up the following day only. Online sales open at 12 PM every Wednesday for Thursday pick ups (3-8pm) and every Saturday for Sunday pick ups (12-6pm). To order click here, refresh your browser at exactly 12 PM, and type like the wind!!! Once the link goes live we usually sell out in a matter of minutes!!!
Where are you located?
Being a pop-up, we move around and operate out of different locations in downtown Rochester, NY. Currently, we are located at Jack Rabbit Club (40 Anderson Ave) though the end of February. The best way to stay in the know is to follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter!
What is the best way to reheat the tenders at home?
First things first, turn up the HEAT! Preheat your oven to 350°.
Now get a sheet tray with a wire rack set up. Place tenders two inches apart and let them rest on the counter while the oven preheats. Try to resist sneaking a bite.
Cook for 20 minutes (prepare for the longest 20 minutes of your life), don’t forget to set your timer! If you are reheating shortly after picking up, reduce your time to five to seven minutes only.
Sting your chick’n AFTER reheating, not before.
What are the allergy facts?
We take food allergies very seriously. We use milk and egg in our recipe to make the batter, as well as mayonnaise for most of our dipping sauces and we can never guarantee any of our food items are 100% free of these allergens, even if they aren't used in the recipes.
On the brighter side we fry in 100% vegetable shortening not nut oils! No nuts allowed! (except for our staff... Just kidding!)

What comes with each order?
The menu varies slightly week to week but all orders come with your choice of dipping sauces and our ~famous~ cucumbers and onions.
We offer two size boxes:
Lil’ Flock (6 Tenders) + 2 Sides
Full Flock (12 Tenders) + 4 sides.
Our side options are set for each week and change frequently. Secret menu items and drink specials are available on our “Additions” page.
Do you cater?
Typically yes, we DO cater! But unfortunately our catering department is on HOLD. Have an event coming up in the future and want something DELICIOUS to serve?
