When and how can you place an order?
We take orders online and in person. Our online ordering platform will open at 12 PM each Thursday and Friday for customers who would like to place a to-go order in advance and come pick up without waiting in line. Order here.
We will be offering walk up dinner service on Thursday and Friday evenings from 5 to 9 PM (but we strongly suggest utilizing online ordering to secure your time slot and reduce your wait time). Pick up windows for online to-go orders will be every half hour during that time and you are welcome to stay and have a drink at the bar while you enjoy your meal!
Our Saturday pre-sale for Sunday pick up will still be available and is the easiest way to get your hands on our chick’n!

East end tavern’s bar will be open and serving up beers and cocktails with 10 flat screen TVs all day !! (To-go beverages available) hint hint...
Are you open for lunch?
Not at this time, but we plan to add a lunch service as we grow our staff!
Why isn’t the online ordering platform working/open?
We open the online ordering platform with a set inventory each day and the website doesn’t go live until 12pm on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Make sure to click the link and refresh your browser after 12 PM.
Where are you located?
We are currently located at East End Tavern at 37 Charlotte St. and we will be here for at least the next 12 months.

Tips and Tricks for Scoring Chick’n online!
Have your credit card info ready to go OR better yet use a preloaded credit card saved to your device.
If you are planning to use a credit card that is saved to your computer, be sure to use the same browser that holds your “autofill” card information.
Set a reminder on your phone! Make sure you're ready when the sale launches with knuckles cracked and phalanges properly stretched!
Shoot for less desired time slots, if you're flexible. Our most popular time slots are close to typical meal times, so if you don't mind grabbing dinner at early and reheating later, then go for it!
Selecting multiple trays in a single order is fully supported but may hinder your checkout process.
Play nice and please understand we are putting out thousands of pieces of hand breaded Chick’n with homemade everything and we are doing our best to make sure everyone gets a fair chance!
What is the best way to reheat the tenders at home?
First things first, turn up the HEAT! Preheat your oven to 350°.
Now get a sheet tray with a wire rack set up. Place tenders two inches apart and let them rest on the counter while the oven preheats. Try to resist sneaking a bite.
Cook for 20 minutes (prepare for the longest 20 minutes of your life), don’t forget to set your timer! If you are reheating shortly after picking up, reduce your time to five to seven minutes only.
Sting your chick’n AFTER reheating, not before.
What are the allergy facts?
We take food allergies very seriously. We use dairy and egg in our recipe to make the batter, as well as mayonnaise for most of our dipping sauces. Our spices contain cayenne pepper and paprika. We can never guarantee any of our food items are 100% free of these allergens, even if they aren't used in the recipes.
On the brighter side we fry in 100% vegetable shortening not nut oils! No nuts allowed! (except for our staff... Just kidding!)

Yes, we DO cater! We are taking catering orders primarily for Saturday's at thins time! Please contact us at least one week prior to your events! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and one of our team members will get back to you. And yes, we will happily Chick'n Out your wedding reception!
